I have learned the rules of composition in photography and how to use a camera in manual mode. I have struggled with the manual mode settings and time management due to me being absent quite frequently. My photos are successful because I have used interesting angles while still maintaining the rule of simplicity.

I have learned how to apply basic portrait lighting rules to take portraits of myself. I struggled to create some of the lighting techniques with my limited lighting resources. My photos are successful beacuse I was able to properly capture different lighting and angles to create portraits.
Macro Photos

I have learned how to take macro photos and how to place the subjects in a was that makes the large scale of the images still engaging. I struggled with keeping the integrity of the macro photos while keeping the subject in focus. My photos are successful because I was able to create a cohesive collection of macro photos.
